Open the submission
Open the completed submission in your workspace. Make sure all required fields are filled out.
Generate the PDF
Select 'Export as PDF'. ProtocolHero will generate the document, including your logo, footer, and all captured photos and signatures.
Choose download or link
Download the PDF directly or generate a shareable link that allows the recipient to access the document—no account required.
Send to client
Send the PDF or the link via email. The recipient will receive a professional document that perfectly represents your business.
