Collecting Signatures

Collect digital signatures from customers or inspectors directly within the report – legally compliant and documented with a timestamp.

Überblick

Handovers and inspections often require a signature. Instead of using paper, you can use the signature field directly within the digital report.

Schritt für Schritt

  1. Add a signature field to the template

    In the template builder, insert a signature field at the appropriate spot, such as the end of the handover report. Label it clearly, for example, 'Customer Signature'.

  2. Review data before signing

    Go through the completed report together with your customer before proceeding to the signature. This ensures absolute clarity on what is being confirmed.

  3. Sign directly on the screen

    Hand over the device and have them sign directly with their finger or a stylus. The signature is automatically saved with a date and time stamp.

  4. Document in the PDF

    The signature will then appear in the designated area of the exported PDF and becomes a permanent part of the completed document.
